We have a number of clients who take advantage of Project Online reporting for better insight into their portfolios reporting capabilities and summary dashboards.

Support Made Easy

Our prepaid, next-business-day support packages allow you to quickly take the complexity out of managing your project management tool suite. Whether it be an error, a quirk, a configuration change, or just a question– we’re here for you. We recognize “I have a problem” could require us to draw from any number of our expertise areas. Deploying in 150+ different situations means we’ve seen quite a bit, and that experience makes a huge difference when assessing true root-cause and determining sensible and effective solutions.

Tactical
Pre-pay for 50 hours of support and / or administrative assistance that expire after 180 days if not used. If the client needs additional hours, Project Made Easy provides the additional support at a discounted hourly rate of the Monthly Retainer. Covers Project Server, Project Online, Power BI, and SharePoint. It does not cover migration from Project Server to Project Online.

Strategic
Pre-pays for 100 hours of support and / or administrative assistance that expire after 365 days if not used. If the client needs additional hours, Project Made Easy provides the additional support at a discounted hourly rate beyond the Tactical Package.

Training Made Easy

Many organizations understand the value of a professional deployment but do not allocate time or funds to a comprehensive training program. As a result, their employees cannot fully utilize the tool suite to which they have access. Project Made Easy offers training packages for any budget, ranging from turnkey Project Server and SharePoint Server training materials to completely customized training workshops and materials that communicate processes of your organization using your environment.
